Middle school wrestling is a time for kids to bond and really learn the “team” aspect of the sport and grow both mentally and physically, so they are prepared for the next level of competition. Wrestling builds character, teaches kids how to overcome obstacles, handle their emotions, respect authority, the importance of being a good teammate, and that success has to be earned through hard work and determination.
Our youth program offers instruction and competitive activities for wrestlers in grades K – 6. Wrestling benefits kids in so many ways; confidence building, incredible conditioning, perseverance, and a great energy outlet – just to name a few.
